You share your shipment details, we compare rates across all our partner networks, and you get the best price with doorstep pickup included.

Share the pickup address, delivery address, weight, dimensions, and urgency. Our team will respond within 30 minutes with the best available rate and confirm the pickup time.

We work with 8+ established courier brands: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and UPS for international shipments; and Bluedart, Trackon, Shreemaruti Couriers, and Jeet Line for domestic deliveries across India. This allows us to offer the best rate, the fastest transit time, and the widest coverage for every shipment.

We guarantee a response within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM). For WhatsApp messages, responses are often even faster. Our team compares rates across all relevant partners instantly and sends you a clear breakdown.

Our support and operations team is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or by submitting a contact form on our website at any time, and we will respond during the next available business window.

In the event of damage or loss, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will initiate an official investigation with the relevant partner carrier on your behalf. Compensation is subject to the partner's claim policy and the declared value of the shipment. We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance for valuable shipments.

Once your parcel is collected and scanned into the carrier's system, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this AWB number to track your shipment directly on the partner carrier's official tracking website (DHL, FedEx, Bluedart, Trackon, etc.) for real-time status updates.

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and cash for in-person transactions. Payment is generally collected before pickup confirmation. For corporate accounts with an agreed credit limit, invoicing can be arranged on a monthly cycle.

You can cancel a booking and request a refund only before the pickup has been initiated or the pickup agent has been dispatched. Once the package is physically collected by our team or the partner carrier, the shipment enters the logistics network and cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance for high-value or fragile shipments. Some of our partner carriers offer declared-value insurance. Please ask our team about insurance options at the time of booking. Without declared insurance, compensation for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the carrier's standard liability policy, which may be significantly lower than the actual value of the item.
