1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Global Flash Courier. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a shipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Role of Global Flash Courier (Aggregator Disclaimer)

Global Flash Courier acts exclusively as a courier aggregator and broker. We do not own, manage, or operate any delivery fleet, cargo vehicles, or aircraft. All physical logistics, sorting, transit, and final delivery services are executed by our trusted partner courier companies (including, but not limited to, Bluedart, Trackon, Shreemaruti, Jeet Line, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex). Our role is to facilitate the booking, provide competitive rates, and offer centralized customer support.

3. Booking, Pricing, and Quotations

All quotes provided via our rate calculator or customer service representatives are estimated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination provided by the customer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final billed amount will be determined after the package is physically weighed and measured by the partner courier company at their sorting facility.

4. Weight & Volumetric Discrepancies

Courier charges are calculated based on the higher of the actual dead weight or the volumetric (dimensional) weight of the parcel. If the actual or volumetric weight assessed by our partner carrier exceeds the weight declared by you at the time of booking, you unconditionally agree to pay the rate difference. Global Flash Courier reserves the right to hold the shipment or adjust your billing ledger until the discrepancy is cleared.

5. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Customers are strictly prohibited from shipping any hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials. This includes, but is not limited to: explosives, flammable liquids/gases, currency/cash, precious stones, live animals, narcotics, illegal substances, perishable goods, and weapons. Any such items discovered during transit will be immediately confiscated by the authorities, the shipment will be destroyed without refund, and the customer will be solely liable for all resulting legal and financial consequences.

6. Liability Limitations and Insurance

Because we do not physically handle the transit of your goods, our liability for any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery is strictly limited to the compensation policies offered by the respective partner carrier handling your specific shipment. We strongly encourage all customers to declare the true value of their goods and purchase appropriate transit insurance for high-value shipments prior to booking.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Flash Courier, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your improper packaging, shipment of prohibited items, inaccurate documentation, or breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
